UP ninja 12-week program
Designed to build strength, confidence, resilience, and ninja skills through progressive weekly training, athletes will finish the season with a Ninja Combine, where they'll showcase everything they've learned for family and friends.
What We Provide
Our 12-week UP Ninja Program is designed to help athletes build confidence, strength, and real ninja skills through a structured, progressive curriculum.
Each season includes:
- 12 weeks of progressive ninja training with skill-based lesson plans
- Professional coaching in a safe, encouraging environment
- Obstacle skill development, including climbing, swinging, jumping, balancing, and grip strength
- Strength, agility, speed, coordination, and endurance training
- Confidence, resilience, and problem-solving development through age-appropriate challenges
- Weekly skill progressions that allow athletes to build on what they learn each class
- Small class sizes for individualized coaching and feedback
- A supportive team environment where athletes encourage one another and celebrate progress.
- End-of-Season Ninja Combine Expo, where athletes can showcase their skills and accomplishments for family and friends
