  • This information is necessary to ensure your safety and allows for enjoyable and beneficial treatments.

  • Call 815.748.8900. The sessions are either half-hour or an hour in length.
  • Physician referrals may be submitted to insurance companies.
  • Self referrals are asked to pay at time of service.
  • Gift certificates are available throughout the year and may be purchased at Unlimited
