David Armstrong is a 2003 graduate of Northern Illinois University. David practices primarily in general orthopedics with an emphasis on manual therapy. David’s interest lies in treating back pain, acute care, wound care and sports injuries. He is married with one child. In his spare time, David enjoys cycling, listening to live music and spending time with his family.
