Unlimited Performance offers a wide variety of classes and programs to
enhance physical performance and improve quality of life.

 

Injury Prevention

ACL INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM

Join Unlimited Performance in its efforts to reduce the incidence of ACL injuries in today’s athlete. Unlimited Performance conducts an ACL injury prevention program based on the following principles:.

  • Avoidance of vulnerable knee positions
  • Ankle strengthening
  • Increased flexibility
  • Plyometric (jump) training
  • Improved proprioception (body positioning), balance and agility work

Cost: $150 per 6-week program
(12 one-hour sessions)
Day/Time: Arranged per availability.
Sessions run throughout the year.

RUNNER'S GAIT ANALYSIS

Unlimited Performance, in conjunction with Dick Pond Athletics, presents:
Runner's Gait Analysis; Screening of foot biomechanics and flexibility, along with a video tape analysis/review of your running gait on a treadmill. Shoe purchase available through Dick Pond Athletics at a 15% discount.

Cost: $30 per one-hour session
Day/Time: Arranged per availability.
Sessions run throughout the year.

aquatic therapy

AQUATIC EXERCISE

Does pain prevent you from exercising?
The Aquatic Exercise program at Unlimited Performance can give you the benefits of exercise without the pain.

  • Class appropriate for individuals with back pain, joint pain including arthritis, soft tissue pain including fibromyalgia, or individuals seeking to improve cardiovascular fitness
  • Warm water sessions decrease pain and improve range of motion, stretching, and flexibility
  • Exercises for upper and lower
    extremities, as well as trunk strengthening for improved posture
  • Class size limited to four people
  • On-site locker room and shower available

Cost: Fee $75 per 6-week program
(6 one-hour sessions)
Day/Time: Arranged per availability.
Multiple classes per week. Sessions run throughout the year.

pilates

PILATES

Using fluid, graceful movements, Pilates improves posture, flexibility and stamina by isolating and training core muscles. Pilates is beneficial for all ages and fitness levels.

Cost:
$48 for one day/week
$80 for 2 days/week
(8 week sessions)
(Class size limited to 15)
Day/Time: Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 6 - 7 p.m.
Sessions run throughout the year.

FIT MOMS

Pre/post natal exercise classes

Eliminate or reduce pregnancy related discomforts, strains and pressures through exercise. Increase energy, improve immunity and have a better outlook on your pregnancy and motherhood. Pregnant women who are interested in starting a workout program should always consult a physician before embarking on any type of exercise.

Cost:
48.00 for one day/week, $80.00 for two days/week
Day/Time: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8 am, call for details.

THE NEXT LEVEL SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLINIC: ages 10-12

  • Speed development
  • Power improvement
  • Agility training
  • Core stability
  • Strength and balance training
  • Injury prevention and stretching techniques

Cost: $30 (1 day a week for 4 weeks)
Day/Time: Sessions begin the first Wednesday of each month from 6 - 7 p.m. and run throughout the year.
Class Size: Limited to eight to allow a high level of individualized attention.

$100 (four-week clinic, 8 sessions)
$150 (six-week clinic, 12 sessions)
One-hour sessions (2 days a week) start
on various dates and run throughout the year.
Class Size: Limited to six to allow a high level of individualized attention.
