Unlimited Performance Donates 5K Proceeds to Red Cross
July 20, Kathryn Buettner, DeKalb County Red Cross board member, (left) and Rona Hardt, DeKalb County Red Cross Media Relations/Development coordinator, (middle) received a donation of $4,717.50 from Chris Laurent, licensed athletic trainer and 5K organizer, Unlimited Performance Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine, Sycamore (right). Proceeds from Unlimited Performance’s 5K Run/Walk and matching funds from KishHealth System made the donation to the local chapter of Red Cross possible. Hardt said, “The DeKalb County American Red Cross is truly blessed to have received this generous donation from Unlimited Performance and KishHealth System. Businesses, organizations, and donors like them enable the Red Cross to provide its programs and services to this community.”
