We're glad you're here to learn more about Unlimited Performance Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, which serves the greater DeKalb County IL area, including the communities of DeKalb, Sycamore and Genoa, as well as, Hampshire in Kane County.

As a department of Kishwaukee Community Hospital, we're proud to offer a wide range of rehabilitative services. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality of care, whether they are an athlete recovering from an ACL injury, a post-surgical patient undergoing physical therapy, or a child working with a speech therapist.

We are the only provider in the area with a pediatric gym to help children with special needs and a warm water aquatic therapy pool, which is especially beneficial for our older clients with arthritis and other conditions that limit movement.

Our interdisciplinary team consists of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, certified athletic trainers, and massage therapists. We also offer a wide range of community wellness and sport enhancement programs.

Our team is experienced (over 12 years average per professional) with advanced training in conservative and post surgical back and neck management, knee rehabilitation involving total joint replacement and ACL surgery, lymphedema treatment and neurological conditions, including stroke therapy.
