Using fluid, graceful movements, Pilates improves posture, flexibility and stamina by isolating and training core muscles. Pilates is beneficial for all ages and fitness levels.
$48 for one day/week
$80 for two days/week

(Class size limited to 15)
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 6–7 p.m. Sessions run throughout the year.
