Unlimited Performance 5K 3rd Annual Run : June 5, 2010 : 8 a.m.

the course
The race will start and end at Unlimited Performance (click here for directions). The course is flat and follows city streets. Race volunteers will control traffic and direct runners. Water will be available on the course. Split time given at each mile.

registration & packet pick up
Race day registration and pack pick up available from 6:45 - 7:45 a.m. Registration closes at 7:45 a.m. and the race begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. Pre-registered runners are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Race day registrants will receive a t-shirt while supplies last. Click here to register online.

Pre-Race : $15 for KishHealth System Employees, $20 Non-Employees
Race Day : $25

awards and results
Awards given to the overall male and female winners, plus the top three mail and female runners in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15 - 19, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70 +. Race results will be posted on this page after the rave along with other links to other race sites. Race Time will provide instant finish results.

post race
Refreshments served to all runners both pre and post-race. Unlimited Performance will be availabel for post-race stretching and massage. A number of raffle prizes will be given out.
